A little about me
I’m Lisa Wade, an Austin-based certified personal trainer and Texas Masters boxing champion with a mission to help women take charge of their health. My journey was shaped by watching my mom’s battle with brain cancer, which took her life just weeks before her 60th birthday, and my aunt (and godmother) facing a breast cancer diagnosis.
Along with my family’s health struggles, I’ve faced my own challenges, including non-celiac gluten intolerance and hormonal imbalances that required multiple endometrial surgeries. These experiences have shown me how precious and fragile health can be—it’s the foundation of everything else in life. I’ve learned to fiercely protect my wellness, and now I’m dedicated to helping other women do the same.
