Welcome to Strength + Serenity, a transformative weekend designed to rejuvenate your body and relax your mind. Enjoy strength training, peaceful hikes in the Texas Hill Country, calming yoga, and connection with other women who want to prioritize their health. Nourish your body with healthy meals and gain valuable fitness education. This retreat is the perfect launchpad for self-improvement, and maybe a few new friendships.

Unwind in the inviting hot tub or gather around the outdoor fire pit, complete with cozy Adirondack chairs. Both indoor and outdoor lounging areas provide idyllic settings to relax and reconnect. With close proximity to a picturesque lake and scenic hiking trails, you can immerse yourself in nature and enjoy leisurely walks or invigorating hikes. Embrace tranquility, refresh your spirit, and return home with a renewed sense of well-being.

  • The Strength + Serenity weekend includes five meals, multiple strength training sessions, hiking, yoga, health education sessions, and time to enjoy the hot tub, relax in nature, or bond with other women. Check out the full agenda here.

  • The package pricing listed is per person. If you're booking the Premium or Basic Shared Experience, please ensure your roommate books the same package, and that you provide each others' names in the roommate field under Step 1: Personal Information. For more details, please read the Terms and Conditions linked in Step 1 before booking.

  • No, this weekend is for you, so you can choose which activities you want to participate in. If some aren't for you, you're welcome to find a spot to relax and simply enjoy the peaceful Texas Hill Country.

  • Yes, regardless of which package you purchase, all meals are included.

  • Yes, please inform us of any dietary restrictions or allergies when you register.

  • No, the only required payment for this weekend retreat is the package you purchase.

  • If you're coming from out of state, you may want to fly into San Antonio International Airport (SAT), which is 45 miles away from Canyon Lake and the closest airport.

    Alternatively, Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS) is about 65 miles from Canyon Lake.

    From there, I recommend renting a car and using GPS to drive to Canyon Lake.

  • Check-in is at 1 p.m. on November 8. You can view the full agenda here.

  • Texas weather can be unpredictable in November, so I recommend packing layers. Generally though, November is mild, with daytime temps from the mid-60s to mid-70s Fahrenheit, and nighttime lows in the mid-40s to mid-50s. Sunny and rainy days are both possible this time of year. It's a good idea to check the weather forecast as the weekend gets closer.

  • I recommend bringing comfortable workout clothes, layers of clothing for changing temperatures, hiking boots, sunglasses, a bathing suit for the hot tub, toiletries, and any other personal items you may need. Yoga mats and weights will be supplied.
