High-achieving women:

Are you struggling to prioritize

your fitness?

You need a coach who understands you.

You get results for other people.

Let’s get results for you.

I’ve been fortunate to work with some of the most determined, high-achieving women that accomplish incredible things in service of their workplaces and their loved ones. But when it comes to prioritizing their fitness and wellness, they struggle with accountability. They say things like:

I’m very goal-oriented, but I can’t seem to hold myself accountable to my workout routine.
The item on my list that is for me is always going to be the last thing I do.

You can have it all

if you don’t go it alone

As a former corporate leader, I know what it’s like to balance a demanding job with your personal life and health.  But you shouldn’t have to choose between the career you love, your family, and your health. Let me be your advocate in helping you prioritizing yourself.

If you want to reclaim your energy, tone up, and stay consistent with your healthy habits so you can continue hiking with your dogs, traveling, and becoming even more vibrant as you age, then this is going to be the most important message you read all day.

Here’s why…

Like it or not, in your late 30s, your body starts to change–you lose muscle, your hormones go haywire, and your metabolism slows.  These factors make it trickier to maintain the energy and vibrance you’ve always had–not to mention, if you do nothing to counteract these changes, you will slowly lose your self-sufficiency as you age.

You begin running out of energy during your busy workday, crashing in the afternoons.

You start packing on weight in your midsection (the most harmful place for fat to live).

Your sleep is disturbed, leading to a cycle of exhaustion and irritability.

Hiking with your dogs or kids becomes harder.

You need help loading your suitcase into the overhead bin.

Worse, if you continue to deprioritize your health and fitness, your risk of chronic disease increases.

As a former corporate leader,

I’ve been in your shoes.

Personal Trainer for Women

If we haven’t met, hey there! I’m Lisa. I spent 17 years in the corporate world—many of those years leading a large team. I had to learn how to manage the demands of my job with my personal life and health. Through much trial and error, I learned how to balance my training with my career, and went on to become a Texas Masters Boxing Champion at age 37 (past the prime of most boxers, for sure).

Now in my forties, I’m a NASM Certified Personal Trainer who teaches high-achieving women the same healthy habits that worked for me. I created my coaching model to help you:

  • Take back the reins of your health & fitness

  • Build new healthy habits

  • Stay consistent

  • Reclaim your energy

  • Continue doing all the things you do best, in life and in work

Take it from the women

who’ve worked with me:

After working with me for a few months, clients have noticed increased strength (even in the face of arthritis and other health issues), positive changes in their body composition, more energy, and a more optimistic outlook on their health and wellness.  They sleep better, their cravings decrease, and they have more tools in their toolbox to navigate the chaos life throws at them without completely sacrificing their own self-care. Here’s what they say:

Age-related conditions, including menopause, had created a cycle of setbacks & weight gain that left me frustrated & ambivalent.

The tips, tools & advice I learned has encouraged me to: set up a small, no-frills home workout space; incorporate superfoods into my daily diet; journal & track goals; & prioritize strength training as a middle-aged woman.

The most significant take-away is that the fragility of our health & wellness can be easily strengthened & maintained on a daily basis with small investments.

I am 59 and have many different health issues and several joint replacements.

Every day isn’t perfect, but every good thing I do and eat is now a “habit” and I thrive on that.

Mostly Well will give you the tools to create your own path to wellness.

(Exercise is) becoming exciting for me again. My mindset is changing. I know I have a lot to handle but I feel more confident to keep going. I don’t feel so overwhelmed.

How my coaching

program works:

First, I create a fitness plan tailored for your needs, based on the goals you share with me.

Then we meet virtually as a group to discuss progress. You’ll have support and accountability from not only me, but other women who share your goals. (I know you’re busy, but trust me—my clients who show up to group check-ins are more successful.)

We’ll have 1-on-1 email check-ins to address your questions and obstacles privately.

You’ll have ongoing email support from me for quick questions and adjustments to your plan.

…and why it works

  • I teach small, simple habits that–when applied consistently over months–add up to big changes.

  • I don’t recommend diets that starve you or lead you to binge, creating a cycle of deprivation and overeating.

  • I don’t put you through an intense bootcamp that makes you hate exercise–I meet you where you’re at and build on your progress over time.

  • Because I exclusively coach women in midlife–and I am a woman in midlife–my advice is tailored to the specific needs of women like us (unlike your average big chain gym trainer).

  • My virtual coaching is convenient for busy women. Check in from anywhere!

  • Social support is a powerful motivator. The other women of the Mostly Well community will support you and hold you accountable towards your goals!

Most importantly, you’ll get personalized education and accountability for your goals.  Even if you know what you need to do, having a coach in your corner is a proven way to remain more consistent with your habits.  Because a workout here and there is not going to change your situation.  But consistency–putting in the work on a regular basis–has the potential to change your life for the better.

Let’s get down to it. Many personal trainers charge upwards of $80 an hour, but with my virtual group coaching model, I’m able to help many women at a more accessible price.  I could easily charge over $1,000 for coaching packages as many coaches do, but my 3-month group coaching package is $697.

Most of us spend more than that on our hair and clothes in three months.  Isn’t your long-term health worth more?

Plus, if you purchase today, I’ll throw in 8 weeks of access to my on-demand workouts for free (new clients only).  These are workouts for all fitness levels that you can do from the comfort of your own home, on your own time.
